Lima Estates is a dynamic Media, PA, retirement community set in Middletown Township, just south of Philadelphia’s famed Main Line. There are independent living one, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, each with their own balcony or patio. Apartment homes are also positioned near our main clubhouse area, where many of our amenities are offered. And if a higher level of care is ever necessary, there are also continuing care accommodations available. This includes assisted living suites and skilled care areas.
